We are looking to participate in this year's race but as mentioned in earlier posts, we have yet to figure out how we are going to pull this off.
We are two paddlers in one car traveling from Canada to Cooperstown for the 70 miler. We need to hook up with a couple of other paddlers who will also require a return shuttle from Bainbridge to Cooperstown. We can double up our canoes on the same vehicle for the return trip.
Hydrating presents a whole new set of problems as well but if push comes to shove we can pre-position our supplies at various locations along the route. Please email 'nearnorthsenior@sympatico.ca' if you find yourself facing the same dilemna and we can perhaps work something out.
